It took us a couple hours to get the pizza we ordered from here. They made it within ~15 minutes and it was in QC for the next 1.5 hours. Needless to say, the pizza was cold.
We ordered pizza an hour ago and it said it was supposed to be here at around 10:30 to 10:40ish. They don't close until 11, the tracker said it was being made and then on its way and it never arrived! I have the receipt and everything for the order that I never got! I tried calling the store and they would not answer. Needless to say I am NOT happy with this place and will be calling and doing something about it later. But the least I can do right now is tell everyone about this horrible customer service and experience!
I normally love Pappa Johns, so when I traveled to Matthews for business, I attempted to order one medium pizza. They answered the phone with "would you like two large pizzas for $20?" To which I answered "no, just a medium, two topping". He said, "that will be $18.99". I asked "for one medium pizza? When I can get two large for $20?"! He answered "yeah". I said "no thank you" and hung up the phone and ordered local. The local pizza had arrived and been eaten when I got a knock on my door. It was Pappa Johns delivering a pizza I didn't order!! Awful service, bad pricing, and dismal customer satisfaction.
Good Pizza.They always have specials. Its better to order online for the better deals instead of walking in or calling order in on phone. I use their PaPa Johns app on my phone ,, or login to their web site to see the specials before I order
Bad experience. Lady put phone down for 15 minutes and never came back to the phone. We called this store 3 times today.
