Since then, I have been in Mint Hill Pharmacy many times, and I'm repeatedly surprised at how much I've saved when compared to those big name pharmacies, and Mint Hill Pharmacy's customer service is excellent too.
My doctor prescribed antibiotics after I got a nasty cut on my head while working on the garage door. I decided to get the prescription filled at Mint Hill Pharmacy. While there I picked up other items I needed to continue treating and care for the cut. Mint Hill Pharmacy had the prescription filled in no time while I waited and at the check out I was pleasantly surprised when I heard the total I owed, which was considerably less than I expected to pay. I asked the cashier if she had charged me correctly on the prescription. She looked and said yes.
The customer service I received was awesome. I was able to take my time and really browse for what I needed, ask questions without feeling rushed, and Philip was very knowledgeable when it came to my condition and what I could and could not take over the counter. He also provided me with free kids vitamins that's better than what I usually buy and I actually understand what's in the ingredients. By far my new pharmacy, prices are reasonable, and I love supporting local businesses.
When I didn't pick up my prescription in a timely fashion, I got a call from Phillip asking if I wanted him to deliver it. So much better than the big box down the street that has a robot call you.
